The Falcon G3161D Dominator Plus 4 Burner Gas Oven Range With Drop Down Door 26kW is a true workhorse in professional kitchens all across the UK. The four independently-controlled 5.3kW hob burners on top are powerful yet responsive, giving you the flexibility to gently simmer or flash fry as required. The top also features an extended hob area, allowing you to rest pans away from the heat, without taking up valuable counter space. Behind the single drop-down door, the Falcon offers a generously-sized gas oven with a generous internal capacity over two adjustable shelves, accommodating up to five full-size (2/1) gastronorm trays in total (sold separately) - perfect for cooking in bulk.
When service is over, the stainless steel design, semi-sealed hob and removable pan supports ensure a quick clean-up and hassle-free maintenance. Supplied on adjustable feet for added stability. Available in either LPG or natural gas powered versions. Please select from the drop-down menu.
