Royal Pedic Mattress has been handcrafting mattresses made with organic cotton since 1988. The Premier Natural Cotton w/Wool Wrap Mattress is a favorite among many, especially with one of our Premier Natural Pillowtop Pads.

The Premier Natural Cotton w/Wool Wrap Mattress features our Royal Flex 800i Innerspring Unit wrapped in layers made with pristine organic cotton and French wool, and surrounded by luxurious fabric made with organic cotton, and hand tufted resulting in an orthopedic firm mattress.

To add surface plushness, we recommend one of our Premier Natural Pillowtop Pads made with organic cotton fabric quilted with all-natural French wool, and a layer of all natural Talalay latex for added cushioning and comfort. The Premier Natural Pillowtop Pad come in 2″, 3″, 4″, or 5″ versions. The 3″, 4″, and 5″ versions have surface quilting on both sides, so you can flip it over and use the other side.

The Double Diamond Box Spring supports the mattress and provides an extra layer of suspension for increased comfort. The center-third of the box spring contains 50% more modules to add extra support where it’s needed the most. 5-Star hotel grade wide slatted wood frame provides greater durability. Even the box spring is wrapped and padded in fabric and layers made with organic cotton and all-natural French wool.

• Luxurious Covering Made with Organic Cotton: Luxurious fabric covering made with organic cotton ventilates body heat to sleep more comfortably. The fabric is woven on precision computerized looms to exacting and consistent specifications.
• Artisan Hand Tufting: Tufting pre-compresses the layers for orthopedic back support, and to minimize body impressions. Royal Pedic Mattress has been hand tufting its mattresses since 1946. Real hand tufting with a long needle and British tufting straps is a hallmark of a hand crafted mattress.
• All Natural French Wool Wrap: Surrounding the inner layers of padding is a protective layer of French wool, which acts as an all natural fire barrier, as well as helping to ventilate body heat and maintain a dry sleeping environment. The French wool is washed in baking soda and water without any chemicals, and the sheep free graze on open plains and hillsides in France.
• Border Quilted with All Natural French Wool: Quilted to the vertical sidewall of the mattress is our French wool stitched to the fabric made with organic cotton, and with vents allowing body heat to escape.
• Pristine Long Fiber Layers Made with Organic Cotton: The layers made with organic cotton that we use is grown in Arizona and Texas, and is of the highest grade. The cotton is converted into beautiful snowy white layers, pre-compressed, and when crafting the mattress, we skillfully hand layer in the cotton, and then tuft the mattress to provide stability and consistent support. Cotton has been a friend to mankind for thousands of years. Cotton is natural, hypoallergenic, and breathes to ventilate body heat, so you can sleep more comfortably.
• Quilted Support Layer Made with Organic Cotton: Specially quilted into a dense support pad are layers made with organic cotton to rest on top of the innerspring unit to prevent the above layers from pocketing into the springs for proper orthopedic support.
• Royal Flex 800i Innerspring Unit: Precision Engineered in Switzerland, and made in the USA, our Royal-Flex mattress innerspring system is double heat tempered to provide lasting and consistent support. The Royal Flex features a double offset coil design with open ended unknotted 6-turn coils to provide greater sensitivity to body contours, and overall support. And made with upcycled steel to provide less impact on the environment.
• T-Spring Side Supports: T-Spring Side Supports are connected by hand equidistant around the perimeter of the Royal-Flex innerspring unit to heavy duty border wire for side to side sleeping comfort and support.
• Two Sided Construction for Longevity:
  • Royal Pedic Mattress mattresses are built with an equal amount of materials on each side of the mattress, so you can turn the mattress over and sleep on the other side.
  • Double Sided mattresses can enhance longevity. Mattresses that are no-flip designs, are only built with padding on one side, so you can’t flip it over.
• Double Diamond Box Spring: Royal Pedic Mattress’s Double Diamond Box Spring features 50% more modular supports in the center-third of the box spring unit where it’s needed most (over 60% of our body weight is located in our torso). The coil wire is our heavy duty 8 3/4 gauge as compared to 9 1/2 gauge as standard. Mounted on 5-Star hotel grade wide slat construction insures durability. Upholstered with the finest staple cotton padding, and heavy duty cotton fabric under cloth. Most box springs these days are foundations, which do not have give.
