The C in 86 C stands for the Carbon Backbone construction, a lighter and more forgiving build than the full CTI layup found in the wider, more powerful Mavens. It delivers enough stiffness for solid edge hold without the demanding feel of a full titanal ski. The HRZN 3D tip is a subtle but meaningful feature here, adding stability and smoothness in variable snow. The rocker profile is camber-dominant, which keeps the ski engaged on edge but still easy to maneuver. Dura Cap sidewalls and Dura Edge provide solid durability, and the factory tune is ready to ski out of the shop.
