The Voron 2.4 3D printer kit is perfect for those who are looking for an exciting 3D printing project and want to put their printing skills to the test. While the kit already contains many high-quality parts, the rest is up to you. Print the missing parts yourself and create your own FDM printer. Here you can see which parts of your printer you need to print yourself.

Stable performance

All Voron printers are built with CoreXY or CoreXZ configurations to reduce the amount of moving mass and enable higher acceleration and speed.

Once you have finished building your Voron 3D printer, you will receive a serial number here.

Coloured aluminium extrusion profiles and linear rails made of stainless steel

LDO Motors offers several colour variants of the aluminium extrusion profiles.

The stainless steel linear rails are incredibly durable. After building your 3D printer, grease the rails properly to ensure smooth operation of the rails.

E3D Revo Voron Hotend

An E3D all-metal Revo Voron hotend is included in the RevD scope of delivery

Bondtech IDGA

The gears of the RevD Dual Drive extruder are upgraded to Bondtech IDGA. The assembly reduces the concentricity of the main drive gear.

Nevermore filter

The optional Nevermore Micro V5 internal circulation filter is included in the kit (carbon pellets not included due to shipping restrictions)

Leviathan Control Board and Nitehawk SB USB Toolhead Board

In comparison to RevC, which is equipped with the Octopus mainboard from BIGTREETECH, the RevD works with the Leviathan control board. The powerful controller has been specially developed for Voron 3D printers and is optimally adapted to its requirements.

The HartK Toolhead Board has been replaced by the Nitehawk SB USB Toolboard. The board is based on Klipper USB and has an integrated RP2040 MCU, a TMC2209 driver and an acceleration sensor.

Included tools and utilities

• The delivery includes a specially machined brass tip for a soldering iron, with which the heatset inserts can be easily installed. Find out more about the heatset insert tool here.
• An Input Shaper Tool is also part of the delivery. This tool allows you to easily perform the input shaper calibration.
• Since 1.5 mm Allen keys wear out easily, there are several in the kit.
• Metric 2 mm bits are included in the kit as they are not commonly available in some parts of the world. Use it to ream the filament path in your printed extruder parts.
• The kit also includes both black oxide hex nuts and stainless steel square nuts.

  Pre-cut and pre-wired cables

  The kit contains all the necessary cables, cut to the correct length and pre-crimped or soldered to the corresponding parts.

  Other advantageous additions to the Voron V2.4 RevD kit:

  • Silicone bed heater in LDO design,
  • Externally mounted thermistor for more accurate measurement of chamber temperature,
  • 4.3-inch touchscreen,
  • COB LED strip,
  • LDO Printed Parts are included in the scope of delivery,
  • Pre-assembled magnetic sheet on an aluminium plate.
