The grapes for this wine are from Wairau Valley vineyards. The 2020 vintage was truly outstanding, and this wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavours that they tasted in the vineyard. After gently pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless-steel at cool temperatures to retain the fresh aromatics and stone-fruit flavours.
