Description:
Here we have a 1985 Gibson Les Paul Studio Standard in good condition. A really cool version of a Les Paul that has a slightly thinner body and dot inlays instead of the trapezoid inlays you typically see. This one has seen a fair amount of use in its life but remains is solid condition. The body has a fair amount of surface marks on the front and there is a decent amount of dings/dents/finish chips and scratches on the outer edges and back side but otherwise there is no major damage. Neck is in good shape. Headstock has a fair amount of dings and chips particularly around the edges and around the tuning machines as they were switched out for Schaller tuning machines. The fretboard is in great shape. Frets show some wear but have no issues with buzzing, fretting out, or dead spots and still have a good amount of life left. Nut has been replaced and bridge saddles have been replaced as well. Electronics work great and pickups sound killer. It has definitely seen some action in its life but is overall in good shape and ready for a new loving home. Has been fully inspected and set up by our techs. Includes hard case.
