Due to the custom nature of these items, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake. Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun on your tumbler. In the event that your tumbler is damaged, please reach out to me. I may be able to fix the tumbler for a fee. This pack came with 2 pillows, one firm and one that was flatter and squishy. I absolutely love the flatter one! Most comfortable pillow I've ever used! The firm one was a bit too much for me, but my husband loves it.

Have had these a few months and so far really like them!
They don’t really feel very cooling, but I also run VERY HOT so it could just be me. The foam holds up well and hasn’t flattened like others I’ve tried.
They come very compacted- I was shocked how much they expanded!
