About the work

British artist Linder is possibly best known for a record sleeve she designed for the Buzzcock's single Orgasm Addict in 1977 - an iconic image, of a naked woman with an iron for a head and grinning mouths instead of nipples, has become a symbol, not only of a defining era of punk culture and feminism, but also a microcosm for her expansive body of work, which operates on a deeply contextual level with issues of gender, feminism, stereotyping and sexualisation, echoing the work of Hannah Hoch , the German Dadaist for whom this edition was created in homage.

About the artist

Linder's work deconstructs commercially produced images, piecing them back together in ways that draw attention to their often explicit sexuality. Recent work combines images of transsexuals with that of overtly sexual symbols: snakes, cacti and jellyfish amongst others, highlighting the ever-present threat of commodification that commercial media brings to the human body. In more recent years Linder has worked with performance art, photography film and the object.

Born in Liverpool in 1954, Linder now lives and works in St Ives, UK.

Another great story from this author!
Format: Kindle
I absolutely loved this book. Colette’s story was so sad yet sweet in the sense that yes she ran away from her controlling parents after hearing about arrangements being made for her. But sweet because fate was working in her favor because she ran into one of her mates on the bus. Turns out she had two more back in the town she was heading for. Dylan, Luca, & Hunter turned out to be exactly what Colette needed because the ease with which she felt comfortable around was just perfect. This was a fast burn with a pretty quick paced story as well, especially at towards the end, it all picked up pretty quickly towards the end. I absolutely loved the sweet factor & the epilogues were perfect. Amazing job!

Cute read
Format: Kindle
This is a shorter book about a fox shifter who is mute but has telepathy for those she establishes a close emotional bond with. She leaves a rather cold home when she turns 18 and takes a train across country, running into one of her mates on a bus. It's a fated mates book, there's instant attraction but it takes a little while to give into the feelings. It's a fairly low spice level, more like a sweet palate cleanser. It's a standalone but there will be more books set in the same town.

As always a treat for your imagination. Beautiful people with even more beautiful souls. This was a great short story and a lovely quick read with a happy ever after. Thank you for writing such a delightful story. If it was a 1000 pages I would have loved it just as much. Great job…

So much feelings!
Format: Kindle
Collette was not voiceless in the least and to say she is by far my fave FMC of all time right now it's no understatement. Best 1st read of the year ever!! I love how possessive each of her men were and OMG Lena is the best BFF and girl could ask for! I'm pretty sure I need this gorgeous book on my shelf pronto!

Great start
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! It's funny but still deals with tough themes, like chronic illness, a serial killer on the loose, and a dash of self-harm. The guys are interesting and distinct, we don't know too much about them yet. It does end on a really terrible cliffhanger but on the bright side the next book is out and I believe the series is complete. I have enjoyed both of these authors separately and this is a great team up!
