The 1000', Purple Cat 6 500 MHz UTP Solid Cable from Comprehensive is a local area network cable that has 4 unshielded twisted pairs and is made of solid bare copper 24 AWG construction. It has a nominal outside diameter of 0.25" (6.35mm).
The cable features a UL/NEC rating of CMR/MPR. It meets all the requirements as set forth in the Telecommunication Industry Association's standard 568 and 570 recommendations. The cable is CM/CMG rated for single floor, general purpose use in walls and ceilings. It is also a verified compliant with EIA/TIA standards by ETL and is CSA listed.- The Cat 6 UTP cable has 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors for superior conductivity
- It is a 4 pair unshielded twisted pair cable
- The cable features polyethylene separator for enhanced NEXT, ELFEXT and RL bandwidth
