Suggestions
Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of cafe carmelita medium roast coffee per 6 ounces of water. If using whole beans, grind them to a medium consistency. Brew using preferred method (Drip, french press, or pour over) With hot water just below boiling (around 200°f or 93°c). Pour the brewed coffee into a mug. Add sugar, milk, cream, or flavored syrups if desired, and enjoy fresh cup of cafe carmelitamedium roast.

Itchy, red rash

I suspect that they are lying about the ingredients in this product. I have never reacted to any skincare products except for chemical sunscreens. This product claims to be a mineral based sunscreen but I had a terrible reaction to it. I have an itchy, red rash all over my face and arms that's been taking days to improve. I can't help but wonder if they are not disclosing all of the components of this product. I will be returning this product and requesting a refund.
