Freeze: To freeze the Ice Ice Rollys, put them into your freezer for at least 30 minutes. If your freezer is on a lower setting, bump freeze time up to 1 hour.

Temp Check: After at least 30 minutes in the freezer, remove whenever you're ready to use. Cooling time can be adjusting according to personal needs. Please make sure the temperature is comfortable for you before use. Be careful to check temperature of the Ice Ice Rollys on the back of your hand before use to ensure it is not too cold, as this can damage the skin. 

Prep: Remove all makeup (if applicable) and gently cleanse your face. Go lightly on exfoliants if needed. Exfoliate skin only once a week. Apply a small amount of oil or serum to your face.

Massage: To massage, start with the forehead. Hold the Ice Ice Rollys by the handle and press with moderate pressure with the globe while moving in an upward motion on the forehead. Start rolling the ice globes over your brows, from the inner brow to the temples. Work upwards from the middle of the brow to the hairline and finish at the temples while performing circular, slow motions. Gently move down to the outside of the note, then outward across the cheeks until you meet the jawline. Move backwards to the center of the chin then move outward. Lastly, move down the neck in longer strokes with moderate pressure. 

Clean + Store: To clean, use a damp, soft cloth with an antibacterial solution (we recommend isopropyl alcohol) and clean them gently for 30 seconds or more. You can also use antibacterial wipes. Clean the steps after each use, prior to storing in the freezer.
