This supersize cable ramp is available in two sizes and can protect hoses up to 60mm or 80mm in diameter from damage from heavy vehicles such as HGVs weighing up to 40t per axle. This makes the XL ramp perfect for busy recycling sites, queries, and even temporary site use where cables and hoses often need to be run across to machinery or processing areas.

Cats' eye-style reflectors on each face make the ramp stand out in low-light conditions by reflecting vehicle headlights back at the source, and white contrast triangles highlight the ramp during daylight hours. This helps warn drivers of the ramp and allows them to slow down before arriving at it.

The ramp is made from incredibly durable rubber and features an anti-slip surface, making it safe for pedestrians to cross and providing enhanced traction in wet conditions. With a modular design, this ramp can be combined with additional units to extend its length; each subsequent unit can be locked together with the supplied 'H' connectors. We recommend fixing the ramps in place with chemical anchors (sold separately) to achieve the best performance.

NOTE: This is designed for use with HGV vehicles up to 40t in weight. Due to its height of up to 110mm, it is not recommended for cars with low ground clearance. The crossing speed is 3mph.
