How to use: To obtain the beneficial effect of the product, measure 1 flat scoop of powder (5 ml = 3.2 g of powder) and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water, stirring simultaneously.
Consume in the morning, with breakfast, and in the evening, with dinner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 scoops = 6.4 g).
