Terinspirasi dari karya-karya maestro lukis asal Belanda, Vincent van Gogh. Khususnya Starry Night dan Sunflowers. Lukisan ini merupakan bentuk penghormatan yang diekspresikan secara berani dan kontemporer oleh Wisnu Aji Kumara. Tiga objek yang identik dengan van Gogh dihadirkan dalam komposisi visual yang artistik, menggunakan warna-warna hangat untuk menyampaikan kisah kelam sang maestro dari sudut pandang yang berbeda: sebuah kesendirian yang terasa ramai, penuh magi. Dalam hidup, warisan seorang perupa adalah kisah yang dituangkan lewat bentuk dan warna; setiap goresan menjadi rekaman peristiwa yang mampu menggugah dunia dan kelak menjadi sejarah. Melalui karya ini, sang seniman merespons kekagumannya terhadap perjalanan hidup van Gogh, menjadikannya resonansi dalam proses berkaryanya. Inspired by the works of Dutch master painter Vincent van Gogh particularly Starry Night and Sunflowers. Tthis painting is a bold and contemporary tribute by Wisnu Aji Kumara. Three iconic elements associated with van Gogh are presented in a visually artistic composition, using warm colors to convey the dark chapters of the maestro’s life from a different perspective: a solitude that feels lively, filled with magic. In life, an artist's legacy is a story told through form and color; every brushstroke is a record of events that can move the world and eventually become part of history. Through this work, the artist expresses his admiration for van Gogh’s life journey, turning it into a resonant force within his own creative process. Every element in this painting is a tribute to the legacy of the great master.
