How to use

Rinse and Soak: Start by rinsing the whole white fungus in cold water.

Dense florets: Soak overnight.

Loose florets: Soak for 15-30 minutes.

Add to soups, smoothies, or vegetable gravies for a nutritious boost.

Quick Soaking Option: To speed up soaking, cut the fungus into quarters and soak again for 2 hours until soft. A longer cooking time will further soften any firm centers.
