RETURN POLICY
HITRONS accepts returns for Kimchi Refrigerators within 14 days of receipt new/unused items. The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item has been opened/used, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued after the item(s) have been received and inspected.
If the item is damaged or defective, an exact exchange of the item will be provided to the customer at no cost.
