1, please be sure your original charger has the same voltage/current and Connector Plug as this charger: 48V 5A, 2 Pin Plug, just check the connector size carefully to avoid buying wrong charger. If you made a mistake to buy wrong connector, you can replace the connector plug with your old charger's connector plug.
2, if you lost your original charger, please just check your battery capacity to be sure you choose the correct charger.
For example:
The battery capacity of my golf cart is 36V 40Ah, what kind of charger should I buy?
You need 36V 5A charger. 40Ah*0.125=5A (Battery capacity * coefficient of 0.125 is the amperes of the chargers I need.)

Tips broke in the binding post

UPDATE:
Two tips broke off when unplugging them from the binding post and are now lodged in. Inexcusable and an utterly poor product.
Solid connection in the binding post with no wobble or wiggle. They require some force to insert into the binding post, but once they're in they remain snug. I also tried removing and reinserting a few times and the connection remained solid. I've used other plugs in the past that have a softer tip and easily deform after one or two insertions. These do not have that issue.
