In 1587, he gave it to one of his fellow officers as a reward for saving his life in battle.Today, eight hectares of vines are divided between Folle Blanche (45%), Bacco (38%) and Colombard (17%) and planted on Sables Fauves (iron-rich sand). Unlike many other Armagnac producers, Briat is a firm believer in keeping yields low and is not opposed to cutting fruit to give a final harvest of 60 hl/ha. Colombard is a particular favorite, and the eau de vie is made strictly with this grape.
Each varietal is distilled separately to 53°, and all of the 12 barrels aged at the property during a given year see new Limousin wood. After 2 or 3 years, they are transferred to older casks and, apart from an airing once a year, left to rest in the spacious yet primitive chai.
Topping up is not practiced. At Briat, they prefer to let the level fall, promote air contact, and therefore create a spirit that is less aggressive. Assemblage of various grapes takes place after a minimum of 4 years and, at times, not until their 10th birthday.
The Hor’s d’Age is a blend of 75% Bacco, 15% Folle Blanche, 10% Colombard. It is 12 years old, bottled at 44%.
Amber with extremely attractive legs. Supple, elegant texture holds notes of licorice, chocolate, toffee and oak. Excellent value.

Great way to keep my dog entertained!
My German Shepherd gets bored easily and tends to chew through most toys, but this interactive ball has been a lifesaver. The durable E-TPU material really holds up against his strong jaws. Sturdy interactive ball that keeps my dog engaged
I’ve been using this ball with my dog, and it’s held up well during supervised play. The three play modes are easy to switch, and he stays interested longer than with his usual toys. I mostly use it indoors when I’m working, and it helps keep him occupied. The material feels durable and safe, and I like that it’s easy to rinse off after outdoor sessions. Charging is quick with the included cable, and the mesh bag is handy for bringing it along to the park. What I noticed most is how much mental stimulation it gives him, especially when he starts to get restless in the afternoon. It’s become part of our daily routine.

My dog loves it
My 70 lb 1 year old dog plays his own soccer with this toy and he loves making it squeek but he is a toy destroyer and so far this has held up pretty well. It's made of a soft material so I don't have to worry about it harming his teeth. It's easy to clean. It can be used in the house or outside for fetch. It is unpredictable at times with its bouncing which makes it more interesting for my dog to chase after. This is his favorite toy and carries it everywhere including to bed.

Durable Enough for Strong Jaws
