We will then let you know what needs to be done to repair your jewelry, and which repair option you should purchase. After your purchase is compete, we will email you a repair return authorization, with further instructions, to include with your shipment.
Most repairs will cost between $20-$45. Should your repair cost more, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay online.
Please note some repairs may not be feasible, and we will let you know if the piece cannot be repaired. This is sometimes the case with broken stones, or items that cannot be replaced anymore. We will give you other options, if possible.
