Installation Guide

  1. Ensure the engine is off and cool before beginning. Gather necessary tools including an oil filter wrench and a drain pan.
  2. Position a drain pan beneath the oil filter to catch residual oil during removal.
  3. Use an oil filter wrench to carefully loosen and remove the old oil filter in a counterclockwise direction.
  4. Clean the filter mounting surface on the engine block with a lint-free cloth to remove old gasket material and debris.
  5. Apply a thin film of clean engine oil to the rubber gasket on the new oil filter.
  6. Thread the new oil filter onto the mounting stud by hand in a clockwise direction until the gasket contacts the engine block.
  7. Tighten the filter an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn by hand; do not over-tighten.
  8. Refill the engine with the manufacturer-recommended oil grade and quantity.
  9. Start the engine and let it idle for 1-2 minutes while checking for leaks around the new filter.
  10. Shut off the engine and wait a few minutes, then check the oil level and top off if necessary.
  11. Dispose of the old oil filter and used oil according to local environmental regulations.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Q: How do I confirm this oil filter fits my Suzuki outboard?
A: This filter is compatible with Suzuki outboard engines rated 25-75 HP. Cross-reference your engine's original part number (16510-87J01, 16510-87J00, or 16510-87JL0) with the Part Number Cross-Reference table above, or consult your engine's parts diagram to verify fitment.

Q: How often should I replace the oil filter on my Suzuki outboard?
A: Suzuki recommends replacing the oil filter at every oil change or approximately every 100 hours of operation, whichever comes first. Always consult your engine's owner's manual for the manufacturer's specific maintenance schedule.

Q: What are the signs that my oil filter needs replacement?
A: Common indicators include dirty or dark oil shortly after an oil change, decreased oil pressure readings, unusual engine noise, or visible leaks around the filter. Regular maintenance intervals are the best prevention.

Q: Can this filter be used with both conventional and synthetic oils?
A: Yes, this aftermarket oil filter is compatible with conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic marine engine oils. Always use the oil grade recommended by Suzuki for your specific engine model.

Q: Is this an OEM part or an aftermarket replacement?
A: This listing is an aftermarket replacement part (not an OEM component). We build to OEM specifications using comparable-grade materials. Production is done in an ISO9002-certified facility, and each batch is inspected for consistent performance.

Q: How fast do you ship and how much does it cost?
A: We offer fast global shipping—typically 5–15 days worldwide—and standard shipping is free. Expedited options are available at checkout depending on your location.

Q: What is your warranty and return policy?
A: This product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If something goes wrong, contact our support team with your order details. delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
