- Metal dye red and black colors applied to piece just like the NC Block S design. Outer wind spinner rings are dyed black. Swirls are hand applied into the metal on each piece to reflect the light and grab your attention. Each piece is unique and hand crafted. A two part gloss clear coat is applied to the entire piece to protect it from the elements. Both sides are colored to give the wind spinner its unique look while spinning.
