BerryDophilus by NOW contains probiotic acidophilic strains of lactic acid bacteria and intestinal bacteria, mainly Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.

Directions for use:  Children over 2 years of age and adults: 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day, before or between meals. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
