Our coloring is NOT an oil based paint marker like some of our competitors, it is an industrial strength coloring. This is to ensure the longevity of the coloring on our designs. We are not responsible for non working engraved QR Codes not created by Craft Queen STL®, if you submit your own code and due to excessive details and the small size of engraving I cannot guarantee your QR code will work. The ones we design will work as they are designed to be engraved. By purchasing this band you are agreeing that you understand this disclaimer.

I am a one woman show who suffers from CRPS which is the most painful form of chronic pain you can have. It does some time affect my memory, I am also human and mistakes do occur. If your items become delayed, destroyed in transit or lost in the mail it is your responsibility to place a claim with USPS regarding these issues. If for any reason you have an issue with your band and are needing an exchange or replacement, return shipping is not provided. We do not offer refunds as all of our items are made to order. We are also not responsible for additional shipping or customs charges that may occur with international orders.
