The RIKON 1” x 42” Belt / 8” Disc Sander 50-1428 is a more powerful combination machine for larger surfacing projects. Its scaled-up design with cast iron base frame and larger tables are made for heavy duty work. Large handles make adjusting table angles easy, and the re-designed belt adjustment system makes belt tracking and belt changes never easier!

• Powerful 3/4HP, 5 Amp, 120V Induction motor provides plenty of power for sanding and shaping projects. Produces a belt speed of 3,580 SFPM with a disc speed on 3,580 RPM.
• Frame and base made of sturdy cast iron for extra rigidity. The belt's drive and tracking wheels are made of cast metal to last a lifetime of use.
• The belt's tracking knob and improved belt tension lever system and easy removable side guard panel allows for easy, correct positioning of belts on frames and quick belt removal and replacement.
• Work tables adjust 0° to 45° with large locking handles for sanding angles
• PSA 8" diameter sandpaper applies quickly to their metal backing discs for non-slip use.
• The sander's Dust Hoods and ports give efficient dust removal with attached dust collectors.
• On/Off switch has a removable safety tab for extra security again non-authorized use.

If purchased at a Woodcraft Store, please return the item directly to the store where your purchase was made.

To be eligible for credit for returned Rikon goods, customers must comply with each of the following requirements:

Written authorization to return any products must be obtained from the RIKON Power Tools Customer Service Department before the products are returned. RIKON Power Tools will issue a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#), which must be clearly marked on the shipping label and bill of lading with the returned goods. RIKON Power Tools Will Not Accept Any Unauthorized Returns. A 15% restock fee will apply.

Rikon offers a 5 year warranty.Customers with warranty claims, defective or damaged goods should contact RIKON Power Tools before returning any product to the distributor. RIKON Power Tools reserves the right to ship parts to effect repairs or replace product, whichever they may deem appropriate.

Request to return defective or damaged goods by distributors must be submitted to RIKON Power Tools and will be reviewed for product misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, alterations, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear before giving authorization to return said goods.

Defective/Damaged goods that are returned to RIKON Power Tools and show misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, alterations, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear are subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% of the credit given for the returned goods or $25.00, whichever is greater.
