Doctor Shock is yet another example of the beautiful work Mom and Dad have been doing on this large batch of Patches plushies this week. Doctor Shock is made from so many lovely, bright faux furs with accents of black throughout. Doctor Shock has two short-pile Bruno panels on either side of his abdomen, making him rather striking. Dad painstakingly cut out and sewed about a billion patches to create a faux fur quilt of sorts before handing it off to me to cut into pieces again, at which point Dad and I finished cutting the pieces out of the faux fur quilt (the laser can't cut through the seams without scorching the pile on the rest of the fabric), before Dad sewed the newly opened seams (again), and finally sewed all of the spider pieces into a proper Patches Spider. Hurrah! Mom chose beautiful, multicolored, offset-pupil glittery eyes for this dapper gentleman, topping off what was already a gorgeous plushy. He would love to come home to be your newest, bestest friend! 🥰
