This kit can be purchased with a probe-style temperature sensor or with a 1/8in NPT thread-in sensor to fit the needs of any project. The Mishimoto Fan Controller features adjustable activation from 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 240 degrees Fahrenheit and deactivates once temperatures are reduced by 10 degrees Fahrenheit. This controller includes a built-in A/C override feature and is designed for use with 1-2 electric fans drawing a combined 25 amps or less. Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
