Suggested Use
Adults: Mix 1 teaspoon (5g) in water or your favourite beverage 3-4 times per day for the first 5 to 7 days. Maintenance Phase: Thereafter, take 1 heaping teaspoon (5g) daily. Take separately from products containing caffeine.
