Lat 26° Carbon Guard is a powerful polymer sealant specifically formulated to safeguard boat and yacht finishes from black streaks, engine exhaust, industrial residue, acid rain, and UV radiation. It acts as a protective barrier against deterioration, preserving the quality of various surfaces including paint, gelcoat, metal, glass, vinyl seats, rubber, hypalon, Isinglass, and hard plastic.

Carbon Guard® is particularly recommended for application on white paint and areas affected by exhaust and black streaks.

Its advanced formulation not only enhances the appearance of surfaces but also extends their lifespan by preventing oxidation and discoloration. The application process is straightforward, allowing boat owners to easily apply the sealant with a cloth or applicator pad. Apply sealant to a clean, polished and well-prepared surface. Use a small amount on a foam applicator and wipe until surface is thoroughly covered then wipe off excess with a clean microfiber towel. This product can also be applied using a Random Orbital with a black sealing pad or with another soft foam sealing pad. Product becomes fully cured in 24 hours but can get wet within an hour however for best results wait 6 hours before getting surface wet.
