Incredible vintage Jean Paul Gaultier evening coat, from Fall/Winter 1995, shown here documented on the runway for the highly regarded and legendary 'Cyber' collection. This phenomenal piece comes in a charcoal grey (with a bluish hint) wool gabardine. Wonderfully tailored silhouette with a strong, structured, padded shoulder, nipped waist, and an a-line flare toward the bottom with a gathered, dramatic train. Double breasted front with decorative covered buttons concealing the snap closure. Amazing, super sparkly hematite-style rhinestones along the notched lapel, dusting the shoulders, and covering the train heavily at the waist, dispersing along the way down. Flap pockets at hips. Fully lined in a silky rayon with a stunning print consisting of GAULTIER in large letters. Remarkable!

Condition: Excellent overall condition, showing only minor/minimal signs of previous use/wear. However, unfortunately there is a large water mark to the bottom of the lining in the train (shown in final photos after label photograph). Not visible when worn since it's on the inside. Priced accordingly, firmly.
