This is an important development as energy, wellbeing and personal independence are impacted by our strength.
Supports muscle health and function and also maintains muscle mass in aging individuals.

How to use: Mix 2 scoops (1 level included scoop contains approx. 13g) into milk or water and consume immediately. Take twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
