This Lamp Lite 20W Black Light Fluorescent Tube from American DJ is great for adding drama and atmosphere to concerts, clubs, and other entertainment venues. The 24" tube is coated with a phosphor that converts the short-wave UV within the tube to long-wave UV rather than to visible light, which causes some colors and specially-painted items to fluoresce. Low-power UV emitted by black lights is not a hazard to skin or eyes and can be viewed without protection.
