Teacher Bio:
Theresa is a Yoga and Functional Movement Specialist based in Central Texas. Her unique approach to Yoga blends traditional Hatha Vinyasa with influences from specialty styles like Rocket, Ashtanga, and Forrest Yoga.
Students often refer to her personality and class environment as welcoming, supportive, and empowering. With over 1,000 hours of Yoga Training and a strong foundation in Human Anatomy and Movement science, Theresa has a deep understanding of how to create space within the Yoga practice for curious play and safe exploration that breaks the rules, but not the body. Her goal as a teacher is to help her students build a sustainable Yoga practice they can trust.
Beyond her role as a Yoga Instructor, Theresa is a dedicated mentor and teacher trainer.
She is committed to empowering the next generation of yoga teachers and wellness professionals by helping to define their career paths and become effective, authentic leaders in their communities. Theresa is a true Native Texan passionate about connecting with diverse populations. As a Lipan Apache lineal descendant, she weaves storytelling and traditional healing practices taught to her by Apache elders and Medicine Women into her offerings to help guide people back to their intuitive selves.
Whether you have your 200-hour Teacher Training or are interested in more experience in your yoga practice, this program meets you exactly where you are.
All participants will meet Saturday - Sunday, 9 am-5 pm in-person at BSY Anderson
Pay in Full Enrollment Pricing: $375, 16 CEUs
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS: Please note we do not offer refunds for modules. We CAN offer module transfers. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations within 7 days of the training.
