This 8” tall, pre-oiled 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 4” round flange and our pre-oiled Pro 10R media with ten layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and filtration. Its inverted top and large surface area provide much longer life between maintenance intervals, while reinforced metal provides maximum strength to prevent filter collapse. This media is best suited for off-road applications. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patented pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The soft EPDM hood seal is included to keep out hot engine air and create a perfect seal to the hood. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. Momentum HD intakes are designed with fewer parts for a fast and easy installation. This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. Good, inexpensive replacement filter
I've used these filters for a couple years (four replacements) on my Subaru Crosstrek, and they seem to do the job well, probably as well as the original. I generally remove and clean them every three months, and replace them every six.

Save some money by doing your own cabin filter change! (You won't notice a difference).
So, one day I was getting an oil change at the dealership, and the associate told me that cabin filter was pretty dirty, which I believed because of the places I take the car, and she said that they could change it while they were finishing up the rest of their inspection, since they already had it apart. I asked her "How much?", and then we both had a laugh when she said "$90." I told her I'd take care of it.
It took two days for Amazon to get a replacement filter to me, twenty minutes to watch a You Tube video showing how to replace the cabin filter on my car (I watched it twice), and then about twenty-five minutes to replace the filter itself--I keep a messy glove compartment, so a good portion of the time was loading and unloading that nightmare.
In the end, under $15 for the filter, maybe 45 minutes to watch and replace, and the cabin filter hasn't been this good since I first bought the car.
This replacement version was as good as the OE filter, fit exactly the same, there's no difference in airflow that I can tell, and so far (6 months later), it seems to be holding up pretty well. We'll see what it is like after a year. I did get the oil changed about a week ago, and the technician didn't raise any alarms about the filter, so everything seems to be working.
$90 for a new filter? You can do it yourself cheaper.

Fresh Air Upgrade for My 2024 Impreza
Installed this in my 2024 Subaru Impreza, and it fit perfectly—no issues. The air smells noticeably cleaner now, and it took less than 10 minutes to swap out. The carbon and HEPA filtration does a great job clearing out odors, dust, and pollen—definitely an upgrade over the factory filter.
The build feels sturdier than the OEM version, though it does have slightly fewer pleats. Might mean it needs replacing a bit sooner, but for the price and performance, I’m fine with that tradeoff.
If you’re looking for a quick, affordable way to improve your cabin air, this one’s a solid pick.

Well built, good fit.
I like it so well, I just bought two more to keep on the shelf for when the price doubles. Seems better built than oem, but I don't know how you can judge the filtration; seems good though.
