Suggestions
Clean and dry the skin before application. Apply a thin layer of lmx 4 cream to the affected area. Cover with an occlusive dressing to enhance absorption. Allow the cream to sit for 20 to 30 minutes before the procedure.

Just an old school digital timex. Tried and true. Has both 12hr and 24hr function on the time setting. Has a standard stop watch and timer. The battery is great, just as it always is on a timex. Good water resistance and very easy to use. Overall very good watch for the price!

Love the Timex Ironman Shock watches!!

I really like the Timex Ironman Shock watches. They are very durable and reliable. Simple to use and modeled after the. Original Ironman watches of the late 80s and 90s.
Buttons are clearly marked and easy to press.
They used to make many colors of this Shock model of the watch inc a cool shiny red color my wife still has .
I have been a runner many many years and at 65, am still out although a lot slower than my 20s. But Timex Ironman watches have. Been my constant companion on the roads and track for 35 years now.
