This wine is deep garnet in colour with toasty aromas of oak and freshly picked red fruits. The palate is bright and inspiring with fresh raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The palate has a unique cocoa powder mouthfeel which lingers on the finish.

Food Pairing: This Pinot Noir is a perfect match with black garlic roasted potatoes.

Seasoned with a mixture of new and older French oak. Drinking beautifully now, this wine can be enjoyed young, or with careful cellaring will mature into a deeper more complex wine.
