The BP-11210CNC is a 10 foot 112 ton hydraulic press brake that offers the latest in press brake technology for a fraction of the cost. The BP-11210CNC is perfect of any fabrication shop or education faculty that needs to bend full 8 foot sheets of metal as it has a full 102 inches between the uprights.
Operation of the BP-11210CNC is handled by a programmable controller that allows for programming of the bend depth and the back stop position. This controller can hold up to 40 programs with 25 bends per program and has an accuracy of .01mm. It also has a self diagnostic program to warn when something is not right with the programming.
Like all Baileigh Industrial tools, the BP-11210CNC uses only the highest quality components. The main electrical is supplied by Weidmueller and Schneider® from Germany. The industrial grade hydraulic system is made by Vickers/Eaton®. The seals for the hydraulic system are some of the best in the industry and are provided by NOK® out of Japan.
The BP-11210CNC comes standard with a multi vee bottom die and gooseneck punch that is attached to the upper ram with quick change couplers. This setup is the best for doing multiple applications without having a major tooling switch. At Baileigh Industrial, safety is a major concern and for that reason the BP-11210CNC comes complete with an industry leading CNKELI light curtain system.
