Calm is designed to reduce anxiety and reduce stress but does not excite the mind. There's no mind clarifying ingredients in this blend, it's all pure relaxation & indulgence.

The reason it smells so great is that it combines crowd favourites such as Lavender, Ylang Ylang & Cedarwood with classical Frankincense. Yep. Old school Frankincense.

With its big fragrances, Calm has the ability to quickly fill a space with feelings of relaxation & serenity.  It may help you unwind & calm frazzled nerves.

Smells Like.

It's hard not to love this one as it contains some of our favourites that are lovingly combined in delicate balance. Calm is more Lavender forward than Chill or Relax & is wonderfully sweet. There are no citrus notes in this blend - it's all woods & flowers.

Calm contains all the classics, which is why it smells so fantastic.

If you're after something more complex than a single oil fragrance but don't know which one to pick, this is a great option.

In lotions, soaps, hair products & crème this blend will comfort you throughout the day or night with its surreal fragrance.

In a massage oil or bubble bath it will help transport you mind & soul to a better, happier place & when you return you will be, you guessed it, more calm.

This is also a great fragrance to use before bed & in night use products because there are no exciting citrus notes.

Uses.

Bespoke: Calm works exceptionally in soaps, lotions & crème. In a massage oil or bubble bath it is delightful.

Vaporiser: Start with 6 to 8 drops.

Diffuser: Start with 6 to 8 drops.

Burner: Start with 6 to 8 drops.

Bath: Add 8 to 12 drops to your bath.

Shower: 3 or 4 drops in the corner of the shower.

Sauna: Add 6 to 8 drops to your ladle of water and pour over hot rocks.

Hands & feet: Add 2 to 4 drops to a bowl of warm water and soak.

On the go: Open the cap and inhale straight from the bottle or add a drop or two to your face mask.

Bed: Add a couple of drops to your pillow.
