There are 5 different spots to putt from, all marked with the distances and face alignment guides. The center line is a great aid to train your vision to the holes, similar to using a string line outdoors. Use the 5 spots as a ladder drill, striving to make all 5 in a row.

To benefit from indoor practice, you need a smooth and consistent roll every time - The ball goes exactly where you putt it for true feedback. Keep in mind that every floor has some slope, so play some break and learn as you go. Lay mat on a smooth surface for best results (not thick carpet)

Innovative Putting Cup

We spent a lot of time engineering the perfect indoor cup that will allow you to miss if you hit putts too hard. If your speed would have gone more than 2 feet past the cup, the ball will hop over the back lip - just like on the course. You can also train speed much better on a flat mat, rather than one where the final 2 feet of a putt are climbing a ramp.
