Our Grassello Di Calce Coarse plaster is developed with the latest in admixture technologies all blended with high quality pure calcium CL90 microfiltered lime, 2.5 micron luxurious pure white ultra fine marble powder and special additives.

These new products of the Grassello Series are nothing like our previous plasters in that they now use CL 90 lime which is pure white in color and ultra fine creating the most beautiful finishes around. The marble powder we have sourced is now close to 13 times finer than our previous offering and of the finest quality available in the western world. The ratio of marble powder is also higher in these products providing unsurpassed depth of color, shine and mottling creating truly luxurious finishes never made in Canada before. This is our most advanced product offering to date and will redefine the plaster industry. Although there is no reason these products cannot be used outdoors, they are recommended for interior use only because the ratios of marble powder are high and the overall composition lends itself more to less intense environments. If you want to use these products outdoors, add 10% of our Pozzolan additive to make an Artificial Hydraulic Lime that will produce a much higher psi and better freeze thaw resistance. The product will set in around 5 days-10 days after mixing if using the Pozzlan additive. This can also be used for commercia purposes of strengthening the product for shop fronts, commercial walls etc. 

Our Grassello Di Calce Coarse plaster is developed with the latest in admixture technologies all blended with high quality CL 90 microfiltered lime, 2.5 Micron ultra white marble powder and 20 mesh graded marble grains. This plaster should be applied in a minimum of 2 coats over our quartz primer. The large marble size and fine marble powder will allow for a very robust thicker finish that can be polished with vivid depth of colors, textured and polished for intense raised shiny sections, or sponged to create a more soft stone look with less polish. 

Our pre-mixed dry powder is formulated for superior adhesion, workability and durability. We have ensured that the plaster easily mixes and wets out thoroughly leaving a smooth lump free plaster. A wide range of interior and exterior textures can be achieved with our Stucco Finish plaster; including the natural appearance of heritage lime finishes, and textured designer wall finishes, commonly asked for in the industry.

Our pre-mixed dry powder is formulated for superior adhesion, workability and durability. We have ensured that the plaster easily mixes and wets out thoroughly leaving a smooth lump free plaster. A wide range of interior textures can be achieved with this plaster; including distressed stone and natural stone appearance looks. The most natural stone effects are created with Grassello Di Calce Medium and is the best plaster to start with if your new to the industry.
