Like brown miso, the French spirit enhances the savor, waking up the blend and giving an umami savor. Natural strength bottling at 46% alc./vol., easy to drink and complex. Beautiful balance between spicy and elegance, a delicate length with a touch of toasted. Approximately 900 bottles were made in 2024.
