Recommended Dosage: (Adult Women): Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner to minimize gastric disturbance for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
