Content: Each bottle contains 450ml, providing a 30-day supply at a daily dosage of 15ml (adult dose).
Directions: Adults and children aged 14+: 15 ml (3 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 9 to 13 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 5 to 8 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily
Do not exceed the stated dose. Shake bottle well before using. Do not take on an empty stomach. Mix into water, milk or yogurt, or take straight from a spoon. Large doses of vitamin C may, in some cases, be mildly acidic on the stomach. For those who may be particularly sensitive to vitamin C, it is recommended to divide the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute with liquid. Manufactured in a positive-pressure environment; a convex seal and escape of air are expected during first-time use.
