Reproduction of Iris with Red Ribbon by Cheri Blum
Cheri Blum — "Iris with Red Ribbon" is a masterful example of contemporary botanical illustration that draws upon the rich traditions of 19th-century floral studies while embracing a distinctly modern aesthetic. The work aligns with the broader movement of organic modernism, which seeks to harmonize natural forms with clean, minimalist design principles. Compositionally, the piece is a study in balance and restraint, with the central floral arrangement occupying a vertical axis that creates a sense of serene stability, while the ample negative space around the subject enhances its delicate presence. Blum employs a soft, painterly technique that blurs the lines between line and wash, allowing the colors to bleed gently into one another and creating a tactile quality that mimics the texture of aged paper. The color palette, dominated by warm earth tones and a single, vibrant accent of red, evokes a sense of warmth and nostalgia, while the subtle use of value and saturation creates a gentle contrast that guides the viewer's eye without overwhelming the senses. The work is situated within the long-standing tradition of botanical art, yet it departs from strict scientific representation to prioritize mood and aesthetic appeal. Its interpretive significance lies in its ability to transform a simple floral subject into a powerful symbol of quiet elegance and the enduring beauty of the natural world, making it a compelling piece for those who appreciate art that is both visually refined and emotionally resonant. For more art by Cheri Blum click here.

My Designs? Sublime. The Paper? Sublimation Perfection.
Size: 8.5"X11"
Prints clear, presses clean, and never lets me down—unless I’m the problem (which is often). I keep this stocked like toilet paper. You don’t want to run out mid-project.

Great Quality
Size: 8.5"X11"
This A-SUB sublimation paper is a great quality. I have been using it for many years and have had absolutely no issues. I use it with an Epson 2780 inkjet printer. I have never had a jamming issue or smudging.

Happy to find a seller that carries the 120
Size: 8.5"X11"
I’ve been doing sublimation since May 2025. I have tried a variety between 105, 120 and 125. I’m not exactly sure why 120 ASub it is becoming harder to find . I absolutely love it. When I make my stainless steel tumblers, my colors pop more with 120.

Great Sublimation Paper – Perfect for Mugs
Size: 8.5"X11"
I purchased A-SUB Sublimation Paper 8.5x11 Inch 120GSM and I’m very happy with the results.
The colors transfer beautifully. I used it for sublimation mugs and the print came out vibrant, sharp, and very professional-looking. No fading, no dull colors.
I also tried using it for a cap, but the issue was not the paper — my cap heat press machine didn’t perform well and the transfer failed. For mugs, this paper works perfectly.
Highly recommend for mug sublimation projects.
