Spirulina is a healthy, easily digestible, cholesterol-free source of essential amino acids. Spirulina also contains carotenoids that serve as precursors for vitamin A synthesis. The omega‑3 fatty acids alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) found in spirulina help lower cholesterol, promote cardiovascular wellbeing, and improve the condition of connective tissue for improved joint mobility. Directions of Use:
Adults 19+: Take 1 rounded teaspoon (4 g) daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Start-up dosage for the first 4 days: The first day, take ¼ teaspoon; the following day, take an additional ¼ teaspoon (½); up to 1 teaspoon on the 4th day.
