The MoxaMoxa Herbal Neck Heat Patch by Aiyisheng is a self-warming TCM heat patch designed specifically for the cervical vertebra and neck — the area most tortured by laptop work, phone scrolling, and chronic "tech neck." Made with a three-layer construction of iron oxide, herbal blend (mugwort, ginger, saffron), and skin-friendly cotton fabric, with an elastic Velcro strap that secures it comfortably around the neck for up to 4+ hours of continuous warmth.

In TCM, the neck is where the Du meridian, Bladder meridian, and Gallbladder meridian converge — and where Wind-Cold most easily enters the body in aircon environments. Continuous warming of acupoints like Feng Chi (GB20), Feng Fu (GV16), Tian Zhu (BL10), and Da Zhui (GV14) is one of the gentlest ways to release neck stiffness, ease tension headaches, prevent colds, and unwind after a long workday.

SGD 25 for the 4-patch trial set, or SGD 130 for the 40-patch bundle. Sold by MoxaMoxa Singapore — the authorised Aiyisheng distributor with English customer service and a physical Singapore showroom. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.

FAQs

What is the Herbal Neck Heat Patch made of?

Three-layer construction: (1) iron oxide for heat activation, (2) herbal blend of mugwort, ginger, and saffron, (3) skin-friendly cotton non-woven fabric. Elastic stretch tape with Velcro secures it around your neck. SGD 25 (4 patches) or SGD 130 (40 patches), sold by MoxaMoxa Singapore.

What is the best heat patch for neck pain and stiffness in Singapore?

The MoxaMoxa Herbal Neck Heat Patch is the most credentialed TCM neck heat patch locally — Velcro-secured around the neck, authentic mugwort/ginger/saffron herbal blend, 4+ hours of warmth per patch. SGD 25 (trial) or SGD 130 (40pcs bundle). Sold and serviced by MoxaMoxa Singapore.

Who is the Herbal Neck Heat Patch best for?

  • Office workers and laptop users with chronic neck stiffness and "tech neck."
  • People prone to tension headaches from neck and shoulder tightness.
  • Anyone exposed to aircon all day — the neck is where Wind-Cold most easily invades in TCM.
  • People with cold-pattern shoulder/neck pain (worse with cold, better with heat).
  • Drivers and frequent travellers with cervical fatigue.

What acupoints does it warm on the neck?

  • Feng Chi (GB20) — base of skull, for headache, neck stiffness, eye strain.
  • Feng Fu (GV16) — below the occiput, for calming the mind and clearing wind-cold.
  • Tian Zhu (BL10) — back of neck, for stiffness.
  • Da Zhui (GV14) — base of neck (C7), master point for immunity and the six Yang meridians.

How is the Neck Patch different from the Belly or Mugwort Heat Patches?

  • Herbal Neck Heat Patch (SGD 25 / 130) — Velcro strap shaped for the neck. 4-hour heat. Specifically for cervical/neck acupoints.
  • Herbal Belly Heat Patch (SGD 25 / 130) — Velcro strap shaped for belly/lower back. 6+ hour heat.
  • Mugwort Heat Patch (SGD 80 / 32pcs) — adhesive stick-on patch for any body part.

Many MoxaMoxa customers keep all three for different body areas and travel.

How long does each patch last and how often can I use one?

Each patch produces heat for at least 4 hours. Use 1 patch per day during stiffness episodes or after long work days. The 40-patch bundle gives ~40 days of use at SGD 130. Don't reuse a patch.

Can I wear it overnight?

Yes — overnight use on the neck is one of the most popular ways to use this patch. Place over a thin cotton t-shirt collar so the patch isn't directly on bare skin overnight. Many users wake up with significantly looser shoulders and less morning headache.

How is the authentic Aiyisheng patch different from cheaper alternatives on Taobao or Lazada?

  • Real herbal content — mugwort, ginger, saffron in measurable amounts (not synthetic warming chemicals).
  • Velcro neck strap, not adhesive — adjustable, no skin irritation, easy to remove.
  • Consistent 4+ hour heat duration.
  • Local Singapore support with WhatsApp +65 8961 9905 and physical showroom.

Taboos

The Herbal Neck Heat Patch is gentle, but the neck is a sensitive area. Please read these carefully.

Important temperature awareness:

  • The patch is meant to feel warm, not hot. Heat builds gradually over 15–30 minutes.
  • Due to individual body differences, some people may feel the patch is too hot. If this happens, loosen the Velcro strap slightly so the patch isn't pressed so tight against the skin, or place a thin cloth layer between patch and skin.
  • If still too hot, remove and contact us at WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.
  • Children and elderly users must use under adult supervision. Adult should check temperature after 15 minutes and every 30 minutes.

Do NOT use the Herbal Neck Heat Patch if you are:

  • Diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension) — neck warming can transiently raise blood pressure.
  • Prone to migraines or rising-Yang headaches — neck heat can trigger these.
  • History of stroke, TIA, or carotid vascular disease.
  • Pregnant — neck heat is generally lower risk, but consult TCM practitioner first.
  • Running a fever or with acute infection.
  • Recovering from recent neck or cervical spine surgery.
  • Suffering from open wounds, severe eczema flare, sunburn, or active inflammatory skin condition on the neck.
  • Allergic to mugwort, ginger, or saffron. Patch test first.
  • Diabetic with reduced neck-area sensation.
  • Fitted with a pacemaker or cervical implant.

Use with caution if you are:

  • A child under 12 — only with direct adult supervision; shorter sessions.
  • Elderly with thin neck skin or reduced sensation — family member supervises first uses.
  • On blood-thinning medication.
  • Sensitive to heat or perimenopausal with hot flushes — use shorter sessions.

General taboos:

  • Don't reuse a patch.
  • Wear over a thin t-shirt collar overnight — not directly on bare skin for extended periods.
  • Don't use under an AC vent.
  • Remove if itching, burning, dizziness, headache, or unusual fatigue.

WhatsApp +65 8961 9905 if you have hypertension or migraines and want personalised advice.

A Fox Amongst the Wolves
Format: Kindle
Collette has been forgotten about her whole life. Her parents don't bother with her, others don't try either once they realize she uses sign language to speak, and she's a shifter surrounded by humans that hate her kind. On her 18th birthday, she runs away. She takes the train and then bus wherever it can get her as far from home as possible. A missed bus brings her and a mysterious but kind man to Willowdale. What happens next is a story of fated mates, shifters, magic, new best friends and found family, and a stolen child. I'm sad this was a shorter read but only because of how much I loved Collette, Dylan, Hunter, Luca, Lena, and the others in their community. I love how detailed the characters are even with the shorter story. You can tell their characteristics easily, and the lead in to book two is done so well. I loved this insta love book with just the right amount of drama.

An easy PNR book to cure book hangovers.....
Format: Kindle
I enjoyed this as a short story; but nothing truly pulled me into this world to want to keep reading each story. I can sense the overarching villain arc w/ the HAF; yet it still wasn't enough to capture me long-term. It felt like too much focus was placed on progressing the romance part that everything else took a non-existent back seat. This did work well for my intentions of getting over a book-hangover slump. So there's that lol. A Tip to overcome a PNR book hangover, from a wonderful series or novel......read a trope-y, lighthearted, PNR that is easily predictable but adorable. Like this book. Honestly, I'm rarely into short stories that are turned into a ridiculous amount of books on different PNR characters. So I'm not the best at judging the merits of these stories. I'm a long-haul type of reader that lives for a series surrounding 1 lead female character & her harem (or singular partner). Occassionally, I'll find a series of short stories that are interesting enough to finish or pull me in completely. The rarity of that is countable on 1.5 hands, compared to the literal hundreds of fiction books I've read lol. With all of that, I will say this was fun because of the FMC's difficulties growing up & how that made her strong, the end reveals of her life, & the cute Epilogues. I never felt truly connected to any of the characters; but I did feel slightly compelled to just finish it to see how plot points would end. Unfortunately, due to a lack of character backstory explanations, I still don't understand Collete's "magic". Very little time was given to flesh out the backstory of the world this occurs in. I couldn't even guess what type of magic occurs in this world, aside from what little was revealed. A random scene sticks out to me...... we're introduced to a new magic type, in passing. No dialogue to expand. No hint at anything really. Then the scene moves on. That moment felt pointless to even mention, afterwards. It felt like the author was more concerned w/ romance than storyline. This is a common issue I have w/ short stories....authors write them for whatever reason; but too often it's an "either or" theme.....EITHER the author is writing ONLY for romance w/ storyline taking a minor role OR writing ONLY for storyline w/ some romance that ends up feeling forced. As I mentioned earlier, only a handful of short stories series have ever had a balance of both sides, for me, that I wanted to read all of them.

Great RH shapeshifting romance!
Format: Kindle
Oh my gosh, I adored this book! Voiceless is set in a blended reality with humans, witches, and shapeshifters of all kinds, but with a significant lack of acceptance from the humans that results in violence. And I am sucker for fated-mates/insta-connection and you get that in heaps and bounds in Voiceless! Colette’s introduction to the supernatural world added some challenges on top of not being able to effectively communicate with those around her. I enjoyed the overall plot; that there was danger and confrontation and resolution, albeit not nearly as much as I wanted. Voiceless is a short read and things escalate at a fast pace and a resolution is reached just as quickly. As a result, I think we miss out a bit on relationship and character development that we could’ve had if the book was little longer. While this is a RH/why-choose, most, if not all of the spice, is exclusively MF.

Cute
Format: Kindle
Very insta-love, but also cute with likable characters. The plot was good, though lacking in depth. The spice was fairly abrupt and lack-luster. Am enjoyable read, overall.

Another great story from this author!
Format: Kindle
I absolutely loved this book. Colette’s story was so sad yet sweet in the sense that yes she ran away from her controlling parents after hearing about arrangements being made for her. But sweet because fate was working in her favor because she ran into one of her mates on the bus. Turns out she had two more back in the town she was heading for. Dylan, Luca, & Hunter turned out to be exactly what Colette needed because the ease with which she felt comfortable around was just perfect. This was a fast burn with a pretty quick paced story as well, especially at towards the end, it all picked up pretty quickly towards the end. I absolutely loved the sweet factor & the epilogues were perfect. Amazing job!
