This knife is single-beveled and made of hagane (carbon steel), offering excellent sharpness.
Its long, slender profile is especially useful for clean slicing of meat with minimal drag, making it practical for precise portioning work.
It features the engravings "源實光" (Jikko) and "日本鋼" (Japanese Steel). The handle also retains its original sticker in clean condition.

I’ve been getting into more natural skincare lately, especially beef tallow products, so I wanted to try a sunscreen like this. I like that it uses tallow along with zinc oxide for protection.
The texture is smooth and not overly greasy, and it blends in better than I expected for a mineral sunscreen. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized. I’ve used it on both my face and body, and it feels comfortable throughout the day.
