The sleeve incorrectly lists track B4 with a length of 7:30 and B5 with a length of 3:00. The track titles are also reversed for B4 and B5 on back jacket and label. Beautiful Flyaway is B4. Lay Down And Die, Goodbye is B5. 
There was a flier included with the album promoting the release "Zappéd" (see photo).
