Recommended Dose:

Soy and wheat.
Contains gluten at less than 20 ppm.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea.
Known adverse reactions:
Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
