This kit includes:

- 2oz Fresh Winter Truffle

- 1 Risotto Melotti Vialone Nano 2.2lb (1kg)

- 1 Truffle Butter (50g)

- 1 Black Truffle Oil 8.4 fl oz (250ml)

- 2.2lb Parmigiano Reggiano

Preparation method

In a pot add some extra virgin olive oil with some chopped garlic if you wish to. In the meantime, heat some vegetable broth in a stockpot over medium-low heat until warmed. Add the rice to the pan, cook and stir rice until fragrant, about 1/2 minutes. Add 1 ladle of the hot broth to the rice mixture and stir constantly until the broth is absorbed. Keep adding 1 ladle of broth at a time. After 15 to 20 minutes, the rice should be close to al dente. Add a generous amount of grated parmesan and keep cooking until rice is tender but firm to the bite. Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Plate the risotto and shave truffles on top with a truffle slicer. Buon appetito!
