Breast Pads
The BodyICE Woman breast pads have been designed to fit comfortably inside the bra and around the nipples to provide relief from soreness associated with breast feeding, blocked milk ducts and engorgement. The breast pads are cleverly designed to conform around a breast pump and when heated help ease the flow of milk and blocked milk ducts.

Perineum Strip
The BodyICE Woman perineum strip has been purposely designed to treat the perineal area pre and post childbirth. When heated, the perineum strip can be effectively used during the 2nd stage of labour to help reduce the occurrence of perineal trauma. When frozen, the perineum strip provides cooling relief to the perineal area which may be irritated, swollen and tender from childbirth. It can also be used to treat Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) as well as haemorrhoids.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Heat or cool the BodyICE® Woman range as per the following instructions.

COLD THERAPY: Place in freezer without sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved.

HEAT THERAPY: Submerge in hot water without sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.

• 700 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds

• 1000 Watt Microwave: 15 seconds

• 1200 Watt Microwave: 10 seconds

Slip on the protective, washable sleeves provided and place directly on breasts inside bra or directly on the perineal area. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

CLEANING: Wash with warm soapy water.
